When is the Family Festival?
The Family Festival will take place on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The day begins with mass at 10:00 AM, and gates open at 11:00 AM.
What sponsorship levels are available?
The festival offers five tiers:
- Platinum
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
- Festival Friend
What is the deadline to appear on printed materials?
To ensure your logo appears on all printed festival materials, please complete your sponsorship form and email your logo by December 19.
How do I submit my logo?
Email your logo to festival@stamiami.org.
Vector or transparent PNGs are strongly preferred. If unavailable, the Communications Team may rebuild low-resolution logos if needed.
Can sponsorship payment be made later?
Yes. Registration and logo submission must be completed by December 19, but payment may be made in January.
When are pre-sale tickets and ride bands available?
Pre-sale runs now through January 16. After this date, tickets and ride bands may only be purchased onsite during the festival.
What gear is available this year?
Official STA Family Festival t-shirts in performance fabric. They are PE-approved for the rest of the school year.
When do gear sales close?
Orders are open through January 4.
Are samples available?
Yes. Gear samples will be available at certain events and upon request.
Will there be a Domino Tournament this year?
Yes. The Domino Tournament team will share final details, rules, and registration links soon.
How do food vendors participate?
The school is finalizing the food vendor list and required logos. Approved vendors will be contacted directly with next steps.
How do marketplace vendors participate?
Marketplace vendor registration details are pending. The team will share the final list and logos once approved.
Will there be an auction this year?
Yes. Each class will assemble and donate a themed basket.
How do attendees participate?
A registration link will be provided so attendees may pre-register and add credit card details in advance — this helps avoid long lines during the event. The link will be shared once created.
Can attendees submit music requests?
Yes. In previous years, a QR code was released 1–2 days before the event for song requests. This year’s timeline is TBD, and updates will be provided once available.
